FIRST TIME VISITOR GUIDE

Welcome to Your First Class

Stepping onto the Megaformer for the first time is both exhilarating and challenging. Here is everything you need to know for a smooth, confident first visit.

PRE-CLASS ESSENTIALS

4 Things to Know Before You Arrive

01

Arrive 15 Min Early

Your coach must provide a 10-minute machine orientation before class starts. For client safety, late arrivals cannot join their first class.

02

Grip Socks Required

Grip socks with rubber bottom traction are mandatory for stability and hygiene. Bring your favorite pair or purchase premium grip socks at our front desk.

03

Fitted Athletic Wear

Wear comfortable, breathable, form-fitting leggings or shorts. Avoid loose clothing that could catch in the carriage springs or tracks.

04

Water & Lockers

Bring a reusable water bottle to use with our reverse-osmosis filtration tap. Complimentary digital pin-code lockers are available for personal items.

STUDIO STANDARDS

Etiquette & Booking Policies

Because our studio is limited to 8 reformers, our policies are designed to respect the time of all members and allow everyone fair access to class reservations.

12-Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to class return the credit to your account. Late cancellations incur a fee for unlimited members or forfeit of class credit for pack holders.
Waitlist Protocol
If a class is full, add yourself to the waitlist. As spots open up, clients are automatically enrolled up to 2 hours before class time via SMS/Email confirmation.
Phone-Free Workout Room
To preserve focus and presence, phones must be silenced and kept in your personal locker during class.

Frequently Asked Questions

"What if I haven't worked out in a while?"

Every move on the Megaformer can be modified. Our instructors will offer options for spring tension, hand placement, and range of motion.

"How many times a week should I come?"

For noticeable strength and tone, 3 to 4 classes per week is optimal. Because it is zero impact, your joints do not require prolonged recovery windows.

"Is parking available?"

Yes, ample public municipal parking is located directly behind our Belmont Center building on Leonard Street.
